| Scientific and reasonable urban planning and reducing traffic congestion are an important part of building a smart city.The traffic problem is prominent,and people’s travel and daily life are deeply affected by it,which has become a social problem that the traffic management department needs to urgently solve.Most cities in China have built GPS data monitoring platforms,which make it more convenient for the public to travel and effectively alleviate traffic congestion.However,in the face of massive traffic big data,there are still major challenges in the mining and analysis of traffic data.The source data used in this thesis was provided by the Department of Transportation of Shaanxi Province.It was completed under the background of its "Application Research on the Mitigation of Traffic Congestion in Xi’an Based on the Established Traffic Informatization Platform".The key technologies and methods of space-time trajectory mining using preprocessed source data are studied.Through the analysis of urban residents travel rules for Xi’an City traffic management decisions to provide substantial data support.The main work is as follows:(1)Improve the data compression method of taxi trajectory.Compared with the original compression algorithm,the improved method takes into account both the user’s demand and the structural complexity of the trajectory,which ensures the compression level of the vehicle trajectory and minimizes the error.Finally,the road traffic situation of Xi’an is excavated by visualizing the track characteristics of taxi.(2)Construction of taxi movement model.The trajectory data set is rich in spatial and temporal information.The information of pick-up hot spots and drop-off hot spots is extracted from the trajectory data of taxi,and the intra-regional movement model and inter-regional movement model of taxi driving trajectory are constructed to excavate the spatial distribution characteristics of residents’ travel contained in the trajectory of taxi carrying passengers.The results show that the first of the trajectory data cleaning pretreatment can effectively remove abrupt sex change of data,then this article improved trajectory data compression algorithm compared with DP algorithm has more superiority,finally improve the similarity measure based on multiple aspects of the trajectory of clustering algorithm,improves the accuracy and stability of clustering results.This paper makes full use of Arc GIS platform to process and analyze GPS trajectory data reasonably and effectively,and it can be flexibly expanded according to requirements. |
