| With the rapid and healthy development of China’s national economy,the higher requirements for the safety and reliability performance of the electricity supply is presented by modern society,and the inspection of transmission lines has become a significantly work for power grid personnel.China’s inspection of transmission lines by the traditional manual inspection,and then to the inspection mode of defects judgment by human eyes through UAV shooting in recent years,however,these inspection mode have the disadvantages of low efficiency,low detection accuracy and high cost.In the era of cloud computing and deep learning,a transmission line defect detection platform based on cloud computing is proposed in this paper.UAVs are used to take pictures of transmission lines,and then the platform is used to detect defects in the pictures.Compared with the above inspection mode,this inspection mode has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,simple operation and strong portability.The main work of this paper includes:1)In cloud computing,deep learning,B/S architecture,SSM framework and My SQL database technology,the overall analysis of the platform includes feasibility analysis and demand analysis,and the overall design of the platform architecture functional structure,and detailed design of system function modules,databases and cloud computing department.2)Based on the demand analysis of transmission line defect detection,the improved network Dense-Yolov5 based on Yolov5 s is used to realize the detection of transmission line defects.After experimental comparison and analysis,the improved network improves the detection accuracy of different defects of transmission line,and illustrates the detection results with the actual detection effect diagram.3)Based on the requirement analysis and design of detection platform,the realization of each functional module is described in detail combined with the actual effect diagram.The functional modules contain user management,image detection,test results,history,report generation and defect result analysis and data visualization display.The principle of test and the method of realization are given,and the function and non function of the system are tested.According to the results of the test,it can be seen that the cloud computing-based transmission line defect detection platform designed in this paper is fully functional and has good performance,security,compatibility and stability,and can meet the practical needs of transmission line defect detection. |
