| With the continuous deepening of green environmental protection and ecological concept and the increasing shortage of road stone,RAP(reclaimed asphalt pavement)are growing being used in various levels of road construction.RAP not only save the increasingly scarce mineral resources,but also greatly reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by stacking waste asphalt mixtures,responding to the national sustainable development strategy.In this paper,the sugar bagasse is used to extract bagasse fiber,and the waste asphalt mixture and bagasse fiber are used to produce hot-mix recycled asphalt mixture mixed with bagasse fiber,which is applied to municipal pavement engineering to realize the utilization of double solid waste,and has important practical significance and engineering application value.Firstly,Firstly,the recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)were pretreated and the gradation characteristics and material composition were analyzed.At the same time,the content and basic technical properties of RAP were tested to demonstrate the feasibility of renewable utilization.Then,the micro-structure of bagasse was observed by SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope).The microstructure and phase composition of bagasse fiber were characterized by XRD(X-Ray Diffraction).The thermal characteristics of bagasse fiber were showed by TG(Thermogravimetric analyzer).Based on the basic performance evaluation of recycled asphalt mixture,the compatibilities of new asphalt,new aggregate and recycled material were proposed.Secondly,the influence of RAP preheating temperature,raw material adding sequence,recycled agent type and dosage on the technical performance of recycled asphalt mixture was analyzed,and the reasonable mixing process and recycled material dosage of recycled asphalt mixture were put forward.The mix proportion of reclaimed asphalt mixture mixed with bagasse fiber was designed by Marshall method,and the reasonable mix proportion of material composition was determined.The comprehensive road performance such as high temperature,low temperature and water sensitivity was evaluated to verify the feasibility of the recycled mixture mixed with bagasse fiber in pavement engineering.Finally,the mixture design and performance verification were carried out by using the prepared bagasse fiber and municipal engineering waste mixture.The test section of the mixture was built,and the performance of the mixture was observed continuously.The results show that the microstructure of bagasse fiber is a wavy surface cavity-like structure,which can absorb the light components in asphalt,and the spatial network structure formed in the asphalt is beneficial to enhance the bonding of asphalt mortar and aggregate.The best heat temperature of RAP is 120℃.Preheating the regenerating agent and the new asphalt before adding to the mix can improve the technical performance of the recycled asphalt mixture.Bagasse fiber can improve the comprehensive road performance of recycled asphalt mixture,and the best dosage is 3% of the total mass of the mixture.Through the application and observation of the actual municipal asphalt pavement engineering,the use effect of reclaimed asphalt pavement with bagasse fiber is good. |
