The thermal comfort of the residential area is closely related to the thermal environment where it is located,and the surrounding environmental conditions of the residential area have also been paid more and more attention.While people’s economic conditions are improving,they will also have a higher pursuit of the surrounding environment.The thesis takes the residential area as the research object,discusses the impact of different underlying surfaces of the residential area on its thermal environment,conducts a multi-angle and all-round analysis of the microclimate conditions of the residential area,and clarifies the relationship between the microclimate and the underlying surface,To provide reference and basis for improving the microclimate environment of residential areas,to provide certain guidance for the improvement of human settlement environment,and to further improve the research technology of outdoor thermal environment in residential areas.The thesis uses the actual measurement of thermal environment parameters,local residents’ questionnaires and thermal environment simulations.The three methods are combined to analyze and discuss the outdoor thermal environment of residential areas.The research content is mainly divided into the following four parts:1.Mainly analyze the formation and influencing factors of the outdoor thermal environment in the residential area.Even the residents can perceive the various elements that can change the environment by intuition in their lives,but a relatively sound knowledge system has not yet been constructed.Therefore,in the first part of the article,the key points are connected in series and the influencing factors are summarized.Then the evaluation criteria of the thermal environment are analyzed.2.After inspecting some urban residential areas,we collected information on the architectural layout,underlying surface materials and surrounding ecological greening environment of various residential areas,and based on the previous data collection,a questionnaire was made and a suitable area was selected.A questionnaire was distributed for research.The topic involved the sample’s perception of the surrounding thermal environment.The results showed that the thermal comfort experienced by residents in winter is basically closely related to wind-related factors,and most residents expect to be able to control solar radiation to optimize The thermal environment of the residential area in summer.In addition.actual measurement methods were used to quantify the outdoor thermal environment in the study area,and many data were obtained and the UTCI value was analyzed.3.Use ENVI-met software to explore microclimate changes in residential areas.The characteristics of the software and the models used in the research are briefly analyzed.Use the software to substitute many data to simulate and study various climate indicators in the residential area,and compare the results of the software operation with the test data.Then use the controlled variable method to study the influence of the building form,the material of the underlying surface,and the greening on the thermal environment in the residential area.4.Propose the design strategy of various factors of the underlying surface of the thermal environment in the residential area.The style of space combination can be flexibly adjusted to improve ventilation.At the same time of ventilation,we must also take into account the winter wind.In the overall ecological planning,you can mainly choose plants that are easier to lower the temperature for collocation.The material with higher reflectivity should be selected,and the floor paving material with higher water permeability should be selected. |
