Research On Quality Control Of Pavement Renewal And Renovation

With the continuous development of China’s highway construction,highway traffic conditions have been significantly improved,which has greatly promoted the development of national social economy.Due to the many participants of highway projects,large project investment,long construction period and the one-time and irreversible nature of the project,many quality problems are often exposed during the construction process.Engineering and traffic accidents caused by quality problems often occur,causing huge hidden danger to the life and property safety of the country and the people,resulting in huge economic losses and extremely poor social impact.Therefore,the quality control management of highway project engineering is especially important.This paper relies on the Xu Ping Nan Expressway Pavement Renewal Project.Firstly,it introduces the concepts related to quality management of highway project engineering,related theories of quality management,basis of quality management,quality management system and principles and characteristics of quality management,and puts forward the core issues of quality management of this project engineering.Combined with the actual situation of the project project,the ratio design of the project road surface cover layer WRAC-13 and the upper layer AC-16 C was carried out,and the best oil to stone ratio of the two was 6.5% and 4.7% respectively,and the quality inspection of the asphalt mixture road performance of the two was carried out.The results show that the performance of both pavement mixes can meet the design requirements.Combining with the design drawings,specification requirements and the actual situation of the project,the quality control of the project was carried out from the aspects of asphalt,aggregate,filler,mix design,mix production,transportation,paving and rolling.Used literature review method and expert interview method to statistically screen the quality problem influencing factors of pavement construction process,and constructed the index system of quality problem influencing factors,and summarized a total of 18 quality problem influencing factors of construction process.The degree of influence of these influencing factors in engineering practice was analyzed by questionnaire survey method,and the results of the questionnaire survey were tested to show that the questionnaire survey results are reasonable and credible,and can truly reflect the objective situation.Factor analysis based on SPSS 23.0 mathematical statistical analysis method was used to categorize and analyze the factors influencing the quality problems in the construction process,while the magnitude of the impact caused by these factors was evaluated.The results showed that the 18 influencing factors were classified into 5 major categories,among which the technical factors of the construction unit had the greatest influence on the quality of the construction process,followed by organizational and management factors,environmental and accidental factors,quality management factors,and facility factors.The results of the study provide some reference for the quality control and management of the construction units of the project works.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Xu Ping Nan Expressway Pavement Renewal Project,preventive measures and related suggestions are proposed about the project quality problems of the project.
