| Static crushing agent is low cost,wide source,convenient transportation,simple construction,and has the advantages of no noise and no shock wave during use.However,its crushing capacity and reaction time are poor compared with the demolition effect of traditional blasting and large demolition machinery.Therefore,improving the crushing reaction efficiency of static crushing agent is the key research object of researchers at home and abroad.In this paper,a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental research is used to study the rapid concrete demolition method based on static crushing agent,as follows.(1)Through the study of static crusher reaction ratio,ambient temperature and mixing water temperature,the relationship between the reaction time of static crusher,ambient temperature and the release of expansion pressure is analyzed,and the conditions under which static crusher will "spray hole" is studied.(2)The static crushing of C30 strength concrete with specimen size of150mm×150mm×150mm was investigated to find out the change of damage pattern and strain of concrete specimen during static crushing process by the change of hole size and hole depth.The relationship between pore size,depth and time of concrete crushing and crushing morphology in the static crushing response of concrete was analyzed.(3)A static crushing test study was conducted on reinforced concrete specimens,and the damage morphology of concrete specimens under different reinforcement constraints during static crushing was analyzed.The results show that the static crushing agent is very little constrained in the crushing process of a single reinforcement,and the damage form is similar to that of plain concrete;for the concrete under the restraint of reinforcement on both sides or even three sides,the cracks on the restrained side are more and denser,and the cracks on the non-restrained side are usually only one,and the crack widening time is longer.(4)The static expansion force model of multi-row circular holes in mass concrete was established with Ansys software,and the optimal static crushing parameters were obtained by stress calculation and the results were verified by field test of600mm×1700mm×500mm mass C30 concrete,which confirmed its static crushing effect.The research results provide an experimental basis for the application of static crushing technology in large volume concrete crushing projects. |
