| SBS molecular structure form,S/B block ratio,dosage significantly affect the performance of SBS modified asphalt,based on the different block ratio(S/B value)and the shape of the SBS modifier,using different dosage,SBS high viscosity of modified asphalt,discusses different S/B value,shape,and the content of SBS modified asphalt by viscous preparation process,the influence of the technical performance,Finally,molecular dynamics simulation technology is used to simulate the viscosity of modified asphalt with different block ratios.Preliminary determine the process parameters,first of all,access to information,use different block ratio,shape and content of SBS modifier preparation of SBS modified asphalt,and carries on the related test for the SBS modified asphalt,through the experimental results show that different shapes of SBS have different effects on the asphalt performance,for example in the penetration,softening point,viscosity,The modified asphalt prepared by star SBS is generally higher than that of linear SBS,but in the aspect of ductility,linear SBS modified asphalt is superior to star SBS modified asphalt.At the same time,the performance of modified asphalt also changes greatly with the change of block ratio and mixing amount.Secondly,fluorescence microscope and infrared spectrometer were used to test the prepared samples.Matlab software was used to conduct binarization analysis on the results of fluorescence microscopy,and the area of fluorescence region was counted to indicate the distribution and dosage of modifier in asphalt.For the results of the infrared spectrum test,the characteristic peak areas of 966cm-1 and 1377cm-1 at two different frequencies were calculated,and the linear correlation was established by using the ratio results of the characteristic peak areas of 966cm-1and the sum of the two characteristic peak areas to illustrate the mixing amount of SBS modifier in modified asphalt.The results showed that the fluorescence statistical results were in good agreement with the calculated dosage of modifier.Finally,molecular dynamics software was used to establish the model of SBS high-viscosity modified asphalt.Two viscosity calculation theories of equilibrium dynamics and non-equilibrium dynamics were used respectively to simulate the SBS high-viscosity modified asphalt with different block ratios,and the factors affecting the viscosity of SBS high-viscosity modified asphalt were analyzed.The results show that when the non-equilibrium method is used to calculate the viscosity,the calculated results of asphalt viscosity increase with the increase of block ratio and mixing amount,and the trend result is good,but there is an order of magnitude error between the calculated results and the experimental results.When using the principle of equilibrium method to calculate viscosity,the result fluctuates greatly,but the order of magnitude is accurate. |
