| Nowadays,a large number of pavement surfaces and bases in my country are facing major modifications.This huge overall project will continue to produce a lot of waste asphalt surface materials and water-stable base materials.Recycling these pavement materials that need to be renovated will not only be possible Reducing the demand for engineering materials,reducing engineering investment,and can well maintain the ecological environment,perfectly fits the national sustainable development strategy,is a new method of energy saving and emission reduction in my country’s road construction projects.Therefore,it has important practical significance to carry out the application research of composite cold recycled materials of the recycled surface layer and the base layer.This article relies on Guizhou’s “Welcome to the National Inspection” national secondary road overhaul project,with the recycling of asphalt surface materials and water-stable base materials as the object,through the old pavement material regeneration plan,combined with the vibration mixing method,using cement as the cement.Carry out the composition design and road performance research of composite cold recycled materials,and then combine mechanical experiments to propose the performance research of semi-flexible composite cold recycled materials based on vibration stirring.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the two recycled materials,three different blending ratios of recycled materials were selected.According to the screening results,combined with the road grade and specification requirements of the overhaul project,the CC-2 gradation was selected as the target gradation,P·O42.5Cement is used as cementing material.The heavy-duty compaction method is used to determine the optimal moisture content and maximum dry density of the materials under the three blending ratios.The results show that when the content of recycled water-stable materials increases,the optimal water content of the mixture is greater,and the maximum dry density decreases with the increase of the content of recycled water-stable materials.Test the mechanical properties and road performance of composite cold recycled materials.The results show that the use of vibration stirring technology can significantly improve the mechanical properties and road performance of recycled materials.When the content of recycled water-stable materials is 70%,the mechanical properties of the mixture The strongest;adding an excessive amount of recycled water-stable materials will increase the water absorption of the entire mixture,adding 30% of the old asphalt surface material can well reduce the sensitivity of the mixture to water and temperature,thereby improving the drying shrinkage and shrinkage of the material Temperature shrinkage performance.At the same time,different cement content can also significantly change the mechanical properties of recycled materials.Due to the high mud content of the recycled water-stable material,when studying the effect of mud content on the mechanical properties of the cold recycled mixture,it was found that the strength of the semi-flexible recycled base material increases as the mud content decreases.The test results of the semi-flexible composite cold recycled materials studied in this paper are used in the base of the national secondary road in Guizhou province.This recycling technology can simplify the construction process,and the 100%recycling can also save road resources and other resources.Energy has a fast recovery speed,quick input and use,and can well guarantee the quality of recycled materials and recycled stones.It also has a good effect on environmental protection,so it has good social and economic benefits and environmental resource benefits. |
