| With the improvement of China’s economic level,the development of the city has entered a new stage.The construction of infrastructure is in full swing.The maturity of technology and economic guarantee have made the construction of tunnels and underground spaces develop rapidly.This paper studies the influence of the crystallization blockage of the tunnel drainage system on the tunnel structure.Relying on the actual project,the indoor test and calculation analysis are carried out.The main research is the analysis of the influence of the tunnel drainage system on the tunnel structure due to the easy crystallization position of the tunnel drainage system and the blockage of different positions of the tunnel drainage system.Then put forward targeted prevention and control opinions based on the results.The main results of this article are:(1)With the increase of the water flow in the tunnel drainage system,the amount of crystallization will increase;the increase of the slope of the lateral drainage pipe will reduce the amount of crystallization in the lateral drainage pipe,but it will not affect the other parts of the tunnel drainage system;the tunnel drainage system Different parts can be determined according to the amount of crystallization per linear meter where crystallization is easy to occur is the drainage system interface and the exit of the horizontal drainage pipe.(2)The installation of the tunnel drainage system can effectively reduce the pore water pressure on the back of the tunnel lining,and while reducing the pore water pressure on the back of the tunnel lining,it also reduces the pore water pressure in the surrounding rock near the tunnel.Setting up a drainage system can effectively reduce the stress of the lining,and the stress of the surrounding rock around the tunnel is also relieved.The tunnel lining stress is mainly concentrated at the tunnel vault,invert and arch toe.The setting of the tunnel drainage system can effectively limit the displacement of the tunnel support structure.(3)The study of the blocking effect of the circular drainage pipe shows that whether it is a symmetrical or asymmetric clogging,the pore water pressure on the back of the lining at the circular drainage pipe of the blocked part rises significantly.For the other parts of the tunnel drainage system except for the blocked location,the pore water pressure has not changed compared with that under normal drainage conditions.The stress of the tunnel lining at the blocked part of the circular drainage pipe is significantly increased.There is no significant change in the stress at other positions except the blocked position.The displacement of the lining of the blocked part increased,and the displacement of the surrounding rock near the blocked location also increased.(4)The study surface of the blocking effect of the horizontal drainage pipe,whether it is symmetrical or asymmetrical,the pore water pressure on the back of the lining at the blocked horizontal drainage pipe rises significantly.For the other parts of the tunnel drainage system except for the blocked location,the pore water pressure has not changed compared with that under normal drainage conditions.The stress of the tunnel lining at the lateral drainage pipe of the blocked part was significantly increased,and the stress at other locations except the blocked location did not change significantly.The lining displacement of the blocked part increased,and the displacement of the part other than the blocked position did not change.(5)Research on the plugging effect of drainage pipe joints shows that whether it is symmetrical blockage or asymmetrical blockage,the pore water pressure on the back of the tunnel lining on the side of the blockage joint increases,and the pore water pressure of the surrounding rock near the blockage side also increases.For the unblocked joint side,the pore water pressure on the back of the tunnel lining is the same as that under normal drainage conditions.The stress of the entire tunnel lining on the side of the plugged joint increases as a whole,and the stress of the surrounding rock near the tunnel lining on the side of the plugged joint is relatively increased.For the unblocked joint,the stress of the lining on the entire side of the tunnel is the same as under normal drainage conditions.The displacement of the entire tunnel lining on the side where the joint is blocked has been increased,and the displacement of the entire tunnel on the side of the joint that is not blocked is the same as under normal drainage conditions. |
