Photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but the gray area of photovoltaic array will affect the transmission and the power generation efficiency.With the rapid development of industrialization in China,environmental pollution has further affected the degree of ash deposition on the surface of photovoltaic panels.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of various factors on the ash deposition characteristics of photovoltaic arrays in different polluted environments.In this paper,the physical model of pollution accumulation of parallel photovoltaic panel is established by COMSOL software.The average stress of dust particles on the surface of photovoltaic panel under different pollution environment is simulated and analyzed.The influence of wind speed,dust particle size,pollution concentration,humidity and other factors on the pollution characteristics of photovoltaic panel is analyzed.In this paper,the parallel photovoltaic array in our university is taken as the research object,and the ash deposition characteristics are studied experimentally.The physical model of ash deposition is established by using COMSOL software,and the numerical simulation is carried out to verify the rationality of the simulation method.Based on this,the average stress of dust particles on the surface of photovoltaic array in different pollution environments is simulated,and the wind speed,dust particle size,pollution concentration and humidity are analyzed And so on.The main results show that: 1)the numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results of natural ash deposition,and the relative error ranges from9.345% to 18.867%,which verifies the rationality of the numerical simulation method;2)On the one hand,it can aggravate ash deposition,on the other hand,it can play a certain role in cleaning;3)Under different particle size conditions,with the increase of pollution concentration and humidity,the maximum gray change rate of photovoltaic array is283.82%,and the minimum is 172.12%;4)Under different pollution concentration and humidity conditions,with the increase of dust particle size,the maximum ash change rate of photovoltaic array list area is-66.71%,and the minimum is-18.92%;5)When the humidity increases from 20% to 80%,the maximum change rate of total ash deposition is11.02%,and the minimum is 6.75%;6)When the wind speed is between 3 M / s and 5 m/ s,the particles with smaller particle size have better following ability and are easier to adhere to the surface of photovoltaic array.
