| Motors are widely used in various engineering and mechanical devices,and they play important roles in people’s lives and production.Too high a temperature is one of the main causes of motor damage and even danger,which monitoring motor temperature is of great significance to improve the life of motor and reduce property damage.In this paper,a motor temperature monitoring system based on piezoelectric energy harvesting is designed.The piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit,as a power generation module,collects the vibration energy generated during the operation of the motor.Convert it into a stable voltage to power the amplification circuit in which the sensor measures temperature and temperature display circuit consisting of microcontroller unit.Among them,the amplification circuit in which the sensor measures temperature collects motor’s temperature signal.After the amplified electrical signal is processed and transformed by MCU,it is uploaded to the IPS LCD display,which intermittently displays temperature information when the motor is running.First of all,in order to maximize the power generation capacity,the parameters affecting the power generation capacity of the double crystal piezoelectric oscillator are studied experimentally.And finally several piezoelectric oscillators are selected to form piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit by means of several piezoelectric oscillators in parallel and free ends with mass blocks of a certain mass.In view of the low power characteristic of piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit,the system uses supercapacitor to store the electrical energy of piezoelectric energy harvesting circuit.At the same time,a energy management circuit with low power consumption and ultralow on voltage is designed to complete the 3.3V boost function.Finally,MCU of ultralow power is used to form a temperature display circuit to complete the overall display function.The system finally carries on the test of the whole circuit and the test of each part of the circuit on the experimental platform.The experimental results show that the piezoelectric energy harvesting device can supply power to the temperature display circuit composed of MCU,and extend the working life of the system under the supercapacitor power supply alone,and ensure the monitoring of the surface temperature of the motor. |
