Ubiquitous electricity IoT is the deepening application of IoT technology in smart grid, which realizes reliable transmission of power grid information security, collaborative processing, unified service and application integration through widely deployed smart devices. It runs through the process of power production, transmission, consumption and management, providing not only data source support for cloud computing and big data, but also reliable data and network support for various mobile applications, which is the infrastructure to support efficient, economic and safe operation of smart grid. For the ubiquitous electricity IoT topology, bandwidth, delay time and data quality, which may affect the transmission speed, delay time and availability and reliability of real-time services,a three-layer architecture of edge-fog-cloud in the ubiquitous power IoT environment is designed with reference to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s "Edge Computing White Paper 4.0",in which the edge layer completes data collection, interaction and control, the fog layer completes the integration of collected information, and the cloud layer is responsible for big data analysis and storage, and a delay-aware task scheduling and load balancing algorithm is proposed in the fog layer.Based on this architecture, the modules are optimized by analyzing the characteristics of distribution network data, using processes such as approximate symbol aggregation to complete data cleaning,Kalman filtering to complete data fusion, optimized differential evolution multi-layer sparse encoder for data compression, and edge-cloud cooperative multi-database storage to complete data storage and sharing. The performance of task scheduling in fog computing in terms of response time, scheduling time, load balancing ratio, latency and energy consumption is evaluated in a laboratory environment using the iFogsim tool, and the results prove that the threetier architecture of edge-fog-cloud proposed in this paper has high feasibility, continuity and security. In terms of data management, several modules of data cleaning, fusion, compression, storage and security are tested, and the experimental results show that the optimized method in this paper can effectively complete the data management requirements than other traditional methods, improve the data quality and value, and provide the data foundation for the applications and services of the distribution network.
