The global warming problem caused by the emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases is becoming more and more serious,which is haven attracted extensive attention from people.China as a big carbon emission country,with the logistics industry has produced a lot of carbon emissions,so it is urgent to develop low-carbon logistics.As an important part of the logistics industry,grid logistics also produces a lot of carbon emission.In order to effectively reduce the carbon emissions of grid logistics distribution center,and to ensure the timely supply of grid materials,it is necessary to scientifically determine the location of grid logistics distribution center.It can effectively solve problems of power grid logistics network system which are many storage places,circuitous and staggered of distribution routes.It is significance that power material is quickly and timely supplied,economic cost is cut down and carbon emission also is reduced.In view of this,in the environment of low-carbon logistics development,this paper focuses on a variety of low-carbon policies under low-carbon constraints,combined with the construction of multi-objective function and solution algorithm,and carries out in-depth research on location optimization of secondary power grid logistics distribution center.Primarily,the theoretical discussion of low-carbon logistics and grid logistics distribution center location are summarized.After introducing the low-carbon constraint,the paper constructs a two-level distribution center location model under five constraints which are non-low-carbon,non-policy low-carbon,carbon quota,carbon tax and carbon trading constraints.And the improved immune particle swarm optimization algorithm based on nonlinear inertia weight coefficient and selective mutation strategy is used to solve the problem.In addition,the optimization model of power grid logistics path based on low-carbon constraints are constructed and solved by hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm.Ultimately,the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model are verified by selecting power grid logistics distribution center of H province as the empirical analysis case and the results under different constraints are compared.The empirical results showed that the model and solution algorithm can effectively reduce number of distribution centers and costs,decrease carbon emissions,and improve the efficiency of distribution operations.The location effect under low-carbon constraints based on carbon trading is the best.When the carbon emission exceeds the limit,the preferred scheme is carbon tax 1.2 million yuan/ton and carbon quota 220.When the carbon emission is lower than the carbon limit,the preferred scheme is carbon quota210 and carbon tax 0.2.Therefore,choosing the location scheme under the carbon trading policy can reduce the total cost and carbon emissions,and maximize the economic and environmental benefits.This study provides a reliable basis for the future location decision and path optimization decision of power supplies logistics distribution center,and promotes the sustainable development of low-carbon logistics.
