With the vigorous development of distributed power generation technology and demand response technology,distributed power generation is connected to the distribution network on a large scale,and the extensive application of demand response resources makes the distribution network gradually transform from the original single power supply relying on the transmission network to the active distribution network with power supply capacity.At the same time,the flexibility and dispatchability of user side resource demand are also improved.This makes the operation mode of distribution network no longer simple,but because the output of distributed power and the flexibility of resource electricity are uncertain,it brings severe challenges to the reliable,safe and economic operation of distribution network.Based on high resource access and flexibility of distributed power supply response ability improved,when the main power because of natural or man-made factors and disconnected,loss of main power support,the use of distributed power supply for electricity power is restored in the early,the flexibility of using demand response resource restoration,important load of power supply,to maximize the guarantee to improve the reliability of distribution network operation and economy is of great significance.However,the fluctuation of user-side power consumption and distributed power generation and the dispersion of flexible resources all have a great impact on the formulation of recovery plan.Therefore,this paper comprehensively considers the challenges brought by distributed power supply and demand response resources,and carries out the following work on the problem of power supply recovery in the initial stage of power outage of distribution network:First of all,aiming at the problems of large scale,small capacity,scattered distribution and difficult integration of demand response resources,this paper establishes a virtual battery model.By quantifying the scheduling potential of air conditioning users who play an important role in demand response resources,the computation and complexity of integrating quantitative response resources by dispatchers are reducedThen,combining the resources of the demand response and positive function,at the same time and the uncertainty of distributed power supply and power use,set up in each node recovery path as decision variables,the equivalent load loss minimization,equivalent to the battery remaining power maximization as the goal,consider the safe operation of the power distribution network,virtual battery constraints of the distribution network island partition model,guarantee the important load power supply continuity,reduce the negative impact of power outages.Finally,considering the capacity of changing resource flexibility in scheduling,in order to ensure the process of power into the island always meet the constantly changing factors,this paper will be a power outage process is divided into multiple times,determine the power each time after the formation of the island of optimality,and based on the standard IEEE69 node and IEEE118 node distribution system power supply recovery example analysis,verification in this paper,the feasibility of the proposed model method and corresponding recovery strategy is effective.
