Building an Integrated Energy System(IES)for energy efficient cascade utilization is an important measure to implement the energy revolution proposed by the Party Central Committee and promote green,low-carbon,and environmentally friendly development.In order to maximize the convenience and efficiency of the IES in human social life,it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of the IES.However,most of the current research focuses on a certain level of IES,and it is difficult to form an integrated solution.For the modeling and analysis of IES,first of all,sort out the complex energy flow characteristics of IES.Analyze the information-physical coupling characteristics of the IES according to the interaction process of multi-energy flow such as information flow,energy flow and capital flow;Then,from the macro perspectives of the physical layer,information layer,virtual layer and value layer,construct an equivalent model of the comprehensive energy system.Realize the optimal allocation and coordinated regulation of various energy sources;Finally,based on the theory of multi-layer state space,IES is divided into four levels: "full network-multi-zone-single zone-local".Based on the cyber-physical fusion theory,the IES sub-layer is divided into three levels: physical layer,cyber-physical coupling layer and information layer.Established a CPS-based IES broad evaluation framework.Lay a theoretical foundation for the quantitative evaluation of IES.Study the process of IES generalized assessment method.First,select the time and space scale,energy space,and index category as the macroscopic direction,and take the eight dimensions of time scale,space scale,energy management link,energy equipment,technology,economy,sociality,and environmental protection as the microscopic process.From the perspective of information granularity,formulate IES personalized multigranularity evaluation index groups to cover the different stages of IES "planningoperation-control-management".Then,data cleaning and preprocessing of initial indicators.It aims to standardize multi-source heterogeneous data and form a unified data representation,storage and management.Due to the large number of statistical indicators,it is inevitable that there will be a large degree of overlap between indicators.Based on the gray correlation clustering algorithm,the attributes are reduced to achieve the purpose of deleting redundant indicators and simplifying knowledge expression;Secondly,rely on the experience of multiple experts to obtain the subjective weight value using the analytic hierarchy process,and use the entropy weight method to adjust the subjective weight to determine the combined weight value of each indicator;Finally,because IES has not formed a unified standard specification.From the perspective of information incompleteness,it combines the analytic hierarchy process and gray system theory to calculate the index correlation characteristic matrix to obtain the generalized evaluation result of the IES.The results of the example show that this method can reflect the healthy operating status of IES more truly and accurately,and it is helpful to realize the planning decision and dispatch control of the IES.
