| Facing the characteristics of railway engineering projects with many control points,long routes,and a wide range of coverage,the traditional design and construction mode is not conducive to automatic design,data analysis and information management.It is difficult to control the quality of refined design and simplify repetitive work,then the design quality is defective,and the production efficiency is not high.This paper carries out research on integrated technology of railway bridge design and related program development based on BIM technology,optimizes design schemes,reduces design errors,improves design quality,reduces design errors,improves production efficiency,and further promotes BIM technology development.This paper firstly combines geographic information with BIM technology,establishes the terrain information model planning and design system,and analyzes the advantages of the professional design application models of railroads and highways under this system.The establishment and expansion application of two terrain information models of plains and mountains are completed to highlight the advantages of terrain information model application.Secondly,the core concept of forward design is to decompose and process the basic bridge components modularly and parametrically,and construct a core component library for railroad bridges.The modeling method of solid pier with rounded end shape is uniquely proposed to overcome the difficulty of full parametric modeling.The family components are universal and shared,further improving the railroad bridge family library.Based on the completion of the establishment of the parametric component library,the development of the automated design program for railroad bridges was completed by analyzing the design process and using Revit API.Focused on the development of Ribbon control module,UI interface design,data acquisition coding module,elevation and axis network module,pile foundation module,pier module,simply supported girder module,continuous girder module,etc.,completed the program design and algorithm writing of each module.The program realized the full parametric drive,release and automatic generation of the BIM model of the whole bridge according to the project.The model created by the program reached the accuracy of the construction drawings,overcame the difficulties of automating modeling of special piers and continuous girders,and improved the production efficiency and design quality.Finally,in order to realize the finite element simulation analysis of BIM model,the bridge finite element information conversion program was developed to realize the information conversion from BIM model to finite element model.The algorithm of bridge information extraction and conversion was completed.The program successfully converts the BIM model information and completes the simulation in the finite element software to meet the requirements of bridge engineering design and calculation,solves the repetitive modeling problem,and provides support for the integrated bridge design.Based on the application of BIM technology in the design stage of railroad bridge engineering,this paper establishes a terrain information model,creates a library of core standard components for railroad bridges,completes the development of an automated design program and finite element information conversion program for railroad bridges,improves the integration technology of railroad bridge engineering design,and plays a positive role in the development of informationization of railroad bridge engineering. |
