Study On Quality Capacity Reserves Of Cargo Controlled Network Freight Platform Considering Reliability

The year 2020 will be the first year of the implementation of the Interim Measures for the Operation and Management of Road Cargo Transport on Network Platforms,and also the opening of a new era of Internet logistics.The charged with the development of network freight platform,the information sharing degree of difference between different subjects,low reliability of information,and service aging poor reliability,lack of a clear unified standard of cooperation and sharing open "blacklist" and "red list" of the mechanism is particularly prominent problems,therefore,from considering the reliability of the information service ability and service reliability limitation perspective on freight network platform of high quality of the goods controlled reserve capacity,can not only enrich online freight related research results,and can control the development of freight cargo type network platform to provide theoretical guidance.Based on the above background,in this paper,based on the study of the related literature at home and abroad,combined with control freight cargo type network platform of real operation situation and existing problems,and puts forward the fully considering the reliability of the Shared service capability information reliability and service time quality capacity reserve mechanism,considering the reliability of the information service ability is established information sharing incentive model and considering the reliability of the aging model of complaints,explored the influence actual carrier information sharing will,car free carrier through the influence factors of information sharing for profit and revenue sharing proportion and order reward ratio setting influence on the strength of the carrier,Finally,the influence of different parameters is demonstrated by using MATLAB software for simulation.This paper provides a theoretical reference from two aspects: establishing the high quality capacity reserve mechanism of the cargo controlled network freight platform and how the actual carrier enters the high quality capacity reserve of the cargo controlled network freight platform on the premise of taking into account the cost.The results show that the willingness of actual carriers to share information is related to the proportion of revenue sharing of carless carriers,the number of actual carriers in the same industry and the cost of sharing real service capacity information.The benefits of information sharing are influenced by the actual carrier’s comprehensive service capability,service cost and the carrier’s own business capability.The income sharing ratio should be balanced between the actual carrier’s information sharing and the carrier’s own income.Actual carrier for freight network platform for the high quality of the goods controlled reserve capacity can be fully understand the freight cargo type network platform into high-quality reserve capacity selection standard and customers under the premise of time limitation of logistics service reliability tolerance,to improve cost control and output ability and efforts can be converted to the effort to make appropriate adjustments,to minimize their own costs.
