In recent years,china’s economy has developed rapidly,and people have enjoyed a higher standard of living,which has also led to the continuous expansion of demand for fresh products.Cold chain logistics,as a significant method to ensure the quality of fresh products,has been highly valued by the government and enterprises.However,the current cold chain logistics in my country still has many problems such as low circulation proportion,serious deterioration of goods during transportation,and high costs.Most of the traditional research is aimed at minimizing costs,and almost rarely consider customer satisfaction and customer value.In addition,most studies only consider the static road network,which simplifies the calculation,but it is not consistent with the time-varying characteristics of urban traffic operation.In cold chain logistics,making reasonable service route is an effective measure to improve distribution efficiency and reduce cost.At the same time,it can also reduce the delivery time,maximize the freshness of goods,so as to improve customer satisfaction.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to study how to formulate a reasonable distribution plan and improve the service level of cold chain logistics.On the base of the traditional fresh cold chain logistics distribution path planning,a time-varying path model of urban cold chain logistics based on customer value is constructed.The goal of the model in this paper is to minimize cost,maximize satisfaction and customer value.The model takes time window and vehicle load as constraints.In this paper,in addition to considering vehicle transportation costs and fixed departure costs,cargo damage costs,carbon emissions costs,and time window penalty costs are also considered.Customer value is divided into customer current value and customer potential value.The greater the customer value,the more benefits it will bring to the company,and the more beneficial it will be for the company’s long-term stable development.Customer satisfaction is calculated using delivery time.In addition,this article combines the time-varying characteristics of urban traffic operation laws,uses a piecewise function to solve the vehicle travel time and distance,so that the model is more realistic.This article uses LINGO to verify the model.At the same time,a partheno genetic algorithm is designed,which performs well in convergence,accuracy,speed and stability.Compared with the model without considering customer value,the model in this paper can improve more customer value and customer satisfaction while increasing less cost;Compared with the model without considering the cost,the model in this paper can save more cost under the premise of reducing less customer value.At the same time,compared with the static speed model,this model can effectively improve customer satisfaction and customer value.Finally,it is necessary to analyze the parameters of the weight of the objective function,because the model in this paper is a multi-objective model.Through the analysis,we can conclude that there is an obvious reverse relationship between cost and customer value.
