Reasonable and scientific power outage scheduling can reduce the frequency or duration of equipment outages,thereby diminishing its impact on power operation.At present,the work power outage scheduling is mainly managed by operators,which demands amounts of time and high cost.In addition,the quality of the outage management scheme can be quite subjected by the operators’ professionalism and work experience.In practice,the key to power outage scheduling is to tackle two problems,namely solving an optimal schedule and adjusting operation modes under given outage plans.These two problems are interrelated and their solutions are coupled with each other.However,existing researches on power outage scheduling models focus only on its schedule optimization while ignore the influence of the operation mode adjustment on the periods of outage as scheduled.Based on the existing power outage scheduling models and the operators’ experience,this paper analyzes actual business process and proposes a dual-iterative method based on backtracking search and alternate optimization algorithms for power outage scheduling,so as to solve three issues,namely determining the planning timeline of outage tasks,solving an optimal period for a single outage work,and adjusting its operation mode.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A dual-iterative method based on backtracking search and alternate optimization algorithms for power outage scheduling is proposed.The backtracking search algorithm is used to determine the planning timeline of outage tasks.When there is no optional outage period for a certain plan,the algorithm will backtrack to the previous one and adjust its corresponding outage period.For the scheduling of a single plan,the optimization of the outage period and of its mode adjustment are carried out alternately,so as to acquire the optimum power outage interval on the premise that a mode adjustment scheme exists.(2)To optimize the schedule of a single power outage plan,this paper takes the scheduled outage periods and its corresponding adjustment schemes as the boundary conditions,and sets uniform workload and minimization of outage time deviation as the goals,and also considers the co-stop relationship and mutual exclusion relationship among outage equipments and the impact of certain operation mode adjustment on the power outage period.Given the above,the outage period of the power outage plan can be solved by searching the solution space.Furthermore,in order to distinguish the co-stop relationship and mutual exclusion relationship among power outage equipments,a method based on rules and grid topology search is proposed.This method converts the operators’ experience of identifying these two relationships to rules in the form of "condition-> conclusion".By searching the grid topology and matching rules,the relationship between the power outage equipments can be obtained.If co-stop or mutual exclusion relationship exists,it will be transformed into certain constraint of the schedule optimization problem.(3)A method for operation mode adjustment which integrates scene mapping,grid topology search and intelligent optimization methods is proposed.When solving the operation mode adjustment scheme for a certain power outage plan,the method firstly acquires an adjustment template from the attributes of the power outage equipment based on the preset mapping table,and then instantiates the operation mode adjustment template according to the result of the grid topology search.If this proposal does not meet the requirements of the power grid operation,the simulated annealing algorithm will be used to optimize the source and the load distribution between substations,so as to generate a new feasible adjustment scheme.(4)The above-mentioned method is tested in a partial power grid.In the test,the scheduling process of outage plans based on backtracking search is considered.Moreover,the alternating solution process of outage period optimization and operation mode adjustment of a single plan are mentioned.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified with the tests.
