The boiler equipment has a large space range,and the combustion process in its furnace is a complex physical and chemical process,and the boiler operation state will deviate from the boiler design condition due to the influence of power grid scheduling,coal type change and long-time operation and other factors.Online visualization of furnace physical field can provide more detailed furnace information for operators in the process of boiler operation,which is of great significance for boiler optimization combustion adjustment and safe and economic operation.The three-dimensional visualization technology of combustion represented by acoustic method and optical method is widely used in the field of furnace combustion visualization.However,both of them are difficult to achieve real-time visualization of gas concentration field and need to arrange equipment on site,which brings a certain amount of engineering implementation.This paper mainly studies on-line visualization algorithm of boiler furnace physical field based on numerical simulation,carries out multi condition numerical simulation of boiler combustion process,and constructs simulation case base.On the basis of verifying the rationality of the simulation results,the multi condition numerical simulation case library is used as the data source,combined with the k-nearest neighbor algorithm and the octree data structure,the display grid of the boiler model is reconstructed,and the real-time boiler operation data is matched with the numerical simulation case library by the nearest neighbor method,The OpenGL visual programming interface is used to realize on-line visualization of furnace 3D physical field under any working condition.The correlation coefficient and average relative error between visualization results and simulation results are used as quantitative evaluation indexes of visualization results.The results show that when k is 8 and D is 3,the correlation coefficient of temperature field is above 0.92 and the average relative error is below 4.35%;The correlation coefficients of velocity field are all above 0.85;The correlation coefficient of gas concentration field is about0.8,and the maximum average relative error of carbon dioxide field is 4.712%.The feasibility of the visualization algorithm is verified qualitatively and quantitatively.In addition,based on the online visualization algorithm of boiler furnace physical field,this paper designs and realizes the online visualization software of boiler physical field,which provides a useful tool for power plant operators and more staff to understand the operation state of boiler furnace,so as to make better boiler combustion optimization adjustment decision.
