| Nuclear power plants are an important place for humans to use nuclear energy to create value.Compared with conventional power plants,nuclear power plants have a large number of systems,coupled with each other,and complex operation processes.Moreover,nuclear fuel has radioactive hazards.Once a nuclear leakage accident occurs,it will cause great harm to human society and the natural environment.The steady and far-reaching development of nuclear power must be based on highly reliable nuclear safety[1].The operational safety of nuclear power plants has always been a key concern for nuclear energy applications.Numerous nuclear energy experts and scholars have carried out research from different levels and have achieved impressive research results.One of them is the operation support system used to help nuclear power plant operators obtain power plant operation information,and provide operational support when making decisions.This article is investigating the current research status of the core technology of the operator support system in the nuclear power field,combining the application background of the engineering project,starting from the general cognitive tasks that the operator needs to complete proposed by the digital human-computer interaction model,and developing a complete alarm analysis and operation supervision The oriented operator support system helps the operator perform alarm analysis,locate the root cause of the fault during the operation of the power plant,supervise the operator’s decision-making behavior after abnormal working conditions,and provide warnings and prompts for existing operating deviations to achieve regulation-oriented.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of the nuclear power plant functional system,combined with the general cognitive tasks of the nuclear power plant operators,the overall framework of the alarm analysis and operation supervision guidance system is structured and designed.According to the design purpose and functional level of the system,the functional modules of the system are designed,including:data acquisition unit,status monitoring unit,database module,alarm analysis subsystem,operation supervision and guidance subsystem,and man-machine interface display.At the same time,the key technical solutions for the core functional units of the system(alarm analysis subsystem and operation-oriented supervision subsystem)are proposed,and the functions of each unit are described,which provides a basis for the specific development and realization of the subsystem functions in the following sections.(2)Design the function of the alarm analysis subsystem.Use the multi-layer flow model modeling method to express the knowledge of the nuclear power plant system,develop the multi-layer flow graphical modeling tool,establish the nuclear power plant system function model,extract the alarm event reasoning rules,and establish the reasoning knowledge of the alarm analysis subsystem Library.At the same time,using Python algorithm and graph theory knowledge to construct an alarm analysis algorithm,realize alarm analysis,locate the root cause,display the alarm analysis causal chain and alarm root cause on the man-machine interface,and eliminate the negative impact of a large number of alarms and the keyhole effect on the operator.Provide information support for the operator’s decision-making under abnormal operating conditions of the nuclear power plant system.(3)Carry out the functional design of the regulation operation guidance subsystem.Establish a nuclear power plant operating procedure model,supervise and record the operator’s decision-making action sequence,and compare it with the nuclear power plant operating procedure model in the operation supervision and guidance subsystem,so as to perform deviation analysis on the operator’s operating behavior and misuse the operator Give warning prompts to realize operation supervision and regulation-oriented.(4)Taking the primary loop dual loop coolant system of the PWR as the research object,select the typical accident condition on the simulator-the small break event in the cold pipe section of the left loop,and verify and analyze the alarm analysis through the simulated operating condition data;Use the primary loop shutdown procedure to verify and analyze the operation supervision and guidance subsystem.From the result of alarm analysis and the result of regulation deviation analysis,the reliability and rationality of the functional design of the system are verified.Based on the application of engineering projects,this paper conducts research on nuclear power plant operation support system.It provides operation support for operators in the main control room of nuclear power plant from two aspects:root cause analysis of alarms and operation supervision.The work pressure of the operator provides accurate information for the operator’s decision-making.At the same time,the operator’s operation is monitored online,and the operator’s improper operation is warned through comparison and analysis with the nuclear power plant operating procedure model,so as to realize decision-making correction guidance,thereby reducing the risk of human error and ensuring the safe operation of nuclear power plants. |
