Job shop scheduling is the core of the production problems in the manufacturing system.Enterprises need to adopt a better workshop production scheduling plan to shorten the production time of products,improve production efficiency,and obtain greater benefits.In the actual production process of the workshop,flexible methods are usually used to complete the scheduling,and the work-pieces are usually produced in batches of multiple varieties.Before starting processing,it is necessary to perform production preparations such as installing workpieces and changing tools.This thesis focuses on the flexible job shop scheduling problem with production preparation and job batch splitting.Proposing a solution method based on improved genetic algorithm to solve the model established in this paper.And by combining the actual needs in the workshop scheduling process to develop a flexible job shop scheduling system.In the paper,in order to study the flexible job shop scheduling problem with production preparation and job batch splitting.It firstly studies the general flexible job shop scheduling problem.And researching the mathematical model,scheduling optimization goals,and representation methods of feasible solutions of the scheduling problems.Secondly,this thesis combines the characteristics of the actual production process in the workshop to study the production preparation time and batch scheduling issues,and establishes a mathematical model of the flexible job shop scheduling problem with production preparation and job batch splitting.To study the commonly used solution methods,analyze the characteristics of different solution methods,and choose the appropriate solution method according to the main problem solved by the mathematical model in this paper.It studies the solving process of genetic algorithm with examples of workshop scheduling,and analyzes the limitations of the algorithm to solve the model in the paper.Thirdly,to study the solution method based on improved genetic algorithm.Research on the method of batch division of work pieces in the batch scheduling problem,and proposing a flexible batch splitting method.By improving the coding method of chromosomes,crossover and mutation operations,to solve the problems studied in this paper.Combined with the examples of workshop scheduling,to verify the effectiveness of the solution method in this paper,and analyze the impact of batch processing on the maximum completion time of the work piece.Finally,it analyzes the characteristics and actual needs of workshop scheduling,combined with the solution method proposed in this thesis,to develop and design a flexible job shop scheduling system.Developing the functions needed to complete the scheduling process,and to study the operating process of the system.Using C# and MATLAB mixed programming method to complete the development of the system,and to test the feasibility of the system operation with examples.
