Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous advancement of technology and the accelerated development of the automobile industry,electric vehicles have gradually begun to replace traditional fuel vehicles.As a new type of power source,lithium-ion batteries are inconsistent due to various reasons in the battery pack,as a result,battery life are gradually reduced,posing a threat to the overall performance and safety of electric vehicles.in order to ensure that the battery pack can work safely and effectively,the battery equalization technology is used to design an equalization system to improve the energy utilization rate of the battery and effectively slow down the battery’s life decay rate.In this paper,the active balancing hierarchical topology is used to study the balancing technology of ternary lithium-ion battery packs for electric vehicles.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the inconsistency of the battery pack,the inconsistency is explained in the manifestation of different characteristic parameters,and finally the voltage is used to balance the equilibrium variables of the system;through the comparison and analysis of the equilibrium circuit of different topologies,the inductance-based layering structure is the hardware basis of the equilibrium system.According to the parameters of the test object,calculation parameters of the topological structure;different equilibrium strategies are compared and analyzed,fuzzy control strategies are designed to adjust the equilibrium current in real time,and the three-layer topology is adopted on the Matlab/Simulink platform.The balance of the 16-cell series ternary lithium battery pack is simulated,and the results show that the balance structure and balance strategy designed in this paper are feasible and can achieve rapid balance.Affected by the number of input ports of the controller,taking the balance of 4 seriesconnected ternary lithium battery packs as the research object,a balance system with a double-layer topology is designed,and a balance comparison test is performed.The results show that the balance system designed in this paper can effectively reduce the balance time,improve balance efficiency.
