In my country’s road construction,the roadbed is the load-bearing layer in the road structure,and the quality of the roadbed is directly related to the service life of the road.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of the road,the roadbed must be well compacted during the construction operation.Vibration compaction is widely used as a compaction method that can achieve a better compaction effect on subgrades.However,the traditional detection of subgrade compaction quality has shortcomings such as poor timeliness and point-to-surface detection,and it is often difficult to find subgrade defect compaction in time.Therefore,in order to truly reflect the status of the compaction effect in the subgrade compaction process,it is necessary to develop a detection system that can reflect the compaction effect in real time,which is of great significance for the effective compaction and compaction quality inspection of the subgrade.In this paper,through a combination of theoretical research and experimentation,the object is to study the detection system of subgrade rolling quality.First,analyze the method of compaction and the compaction principle of the vibratory roller.Secondly,perform theoretical analysis on the equipment factors,material factors and process factors that affect the quality of subgrade compaction,and carry out theoretical analysis on the factors that affect compaction.Test analysis,according to the test results,analyze the degree of influence of various factors that affect the compaction effect;then,based on the dynamic model of the roller and soil,analyze and study the stiffness and damping of the subgrade soil parameters.To determine the close relationship between the acceleration of the rolling wheel and the parameters of the soil.The change law of the compressive stress of the soil in the vibration compaction test is studied,and the changes of the soil parameters are verified.This article analyzes the basic principles of the compaction detection system,and designs a compaction quality detection system based on the close relationship between acceleration and soil compaction.Preprocess the acceleration signal collected in the rolling process,determine the source of the noise signal according to the time-frequency domain image of the signal,filter the acceleration signal,and apply wavelet analysis to denoise the acceleration signal,thereby effectively eliminating Noise signal components,get effective signals.Finally,through the vibration rolling test,the acceleration signal of the test site is analyzed,and the effective value method and the harmonic ratio method were used to analyze and process the experimental data to evaluate the compaction effect in the rolling process.
