| In past years,as a high consumption and high emission industry,the construction industry consumed a lot of cement,steel and energy in China in the construction and use processes,causing certain pollution to the environment.At the same time,the traditional construction technologies have the characteristics of leakage,hollowing,cracking,slow delivery,and difficult maintenance in the later period.Therefore,the current construction industry is in urgent need of industrial transformation to improve production and construction efficiency.With the government’s vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings,a variety of prefabricated technologies are now on the market.The electrical design of assembly type residence is more difficult than traditional residential buildings,and the design scheme is related to the realization of various system functions in the residence.Therefore,a set of electrical design optimization schemes that fit the prefabricated construction process are urgently needed.Firstly,we discussed the structure and characteristics of prefabricated buildings,and summarized the process characteristics of a widely used prefabricated construction system of cast-in-place after aluminum form work assembly.Then,we analyzed the similarities and differences between the traditional building electrical design and the prefabricated building electrical design,and disscussed several directions for the optimization of prefabricated electrical design.The key points of assembled electrical optimization design are the optimization of strong and weak current wells,the adjustment of indoor electric box position,the optimization of electrical positioning,the optimization of pipeline laying,the optimization of lighting design,and the optimization of lightning protection measures.Through literature research,data collection,theoretical analysis,comparison and summary,the corresponding improvement measures were proposed for each optimization direction.At the same time,the drawing method of electrical module diagrams was proposed,which provided a new idea for the e×pression of module diagrams in prefabricated buildings.Finally,through the practical project of a residential district in Yunfu,the optimization points of prefabricated electrical design were applied to the actual project,which can provide meaningful guidance for the electrical design of other prefabricated projects.In lack of relevant specifications and atlas for the mechanical and electrical design of prefabricated buildings in the current market,this paper aims to develop a set of electrical design optimization schemes in line with the prefabricated buildings,which can provide reference value for other similar prefabricated projects,in order to speed up the whole construction cycle and improve the quality of the project. |
