A Study On The Types Of Traditional Villages In Sichuan Province From The Perspective Of Natural Regions

Under the background of urbanization and modernization,the traditional village is facing a sharp decline,the traditional material and culture is dying,"constructive destruction" and "thousand villages one side" and hard to keep up with the modern life mode of production development,investigate its reason mainly lies in the lack of deep understanding to the essence of traditional villages and understanding,As a result,the inheritance and development of traditional villages present a state of "fractured" creation or "stagnant" imitation.Due to the needs of the team project,choice of sichuan province,in the natural environment,natural disasters and the condition of topography and geomorphology,hydrology,climate condition,soil,vegetation,abundant and complex,the traditional village inevitably render more three-dimensional,regional,diversified material form,which makes the traditional villages in sichuan province had more research value.Through the analysis of the origin of villages,it is found that the essence of the formation and evolution of traditional villages lies in a series of construction behaviors undertaken by early human beings in pursuit of stable living environment,suitable site selection environment and suitable living environment in the face of natural geographical environment.In the face of different natural regions and environments,people’s pursuit of the environment is relatively stable and long-term unchanged,but the specific needs will change with different natural regions,leading to the regional differences of traditional villages.Therefore,it is of more practical value to study traditional villages from the perspective of human’s pursuit of suitable production and life and combining with natural regions.Therefore,this paper takes "Chinese traditional villages" in Sichuan Province as the research object,and expounds the different influences of natural regional differences on traditional villages from three dimensions: 1.This paper discusses the impact of natural disasters on the living environment of traditional villages from two aspects of geographical distribution and damage degree of traditional villages.2.From the spatial scale and layout of traditional villages,the impacts of hydrology and soil vegetation in natural regions on the suitable environment for construction of traditional villages are discussed;3.From the architectural structure and material of traditional villages,the influence of climate conditions and soil and vegetation in natural regions on the suitable living environment of traditional villages is discussed.On this basis,after analyzing the relationship between the macro level of natural region and the micro level of traditional villages,the two level types are superimposed to obtain the more practical and more essential natural region types of traditional villages: 1.The type of disaster occurrence and the type of damage degree are superimposed to obtain the regional type of traditional village survival stability.2.The suitable area type for the site selection and layout of traditional villages is obtained by superposing the type of suitable land and production resources with the type of layout form and space scale.3.By superposing the type of climate precipitation and building materials resources with the type of building forms and building materials,the suitable area type for building people in traditional villages can be obtained.To understand the survival dilemma and remedial measures of traditional villages,to understand the existing resources and development potential,to master the pattern and inheritance path.
