As one of the fastest growing developing countries in the world,Chinese construction industry has always been a pillar industry of national economy,and it plays a vital role in economic development.In contrast,the construction industry consumes a lot of energy,and the defect of energy utilization has been hindering its further development;to solve the problem,the process of building industrialization is imperative,and the country has begun to support the development of prefabricated buildings.The prefabricated assembled shear wall is currently used as one of the widely used form in the high-rise structures.The shear wall with horizontal ring connection is a new structure form of the assembled shear wall,It has a clear structure and is easy to construct,and it is gradually being applied in actual engineerin.However,there are few systematic studies on this new shear wall,and a complete theoretical system for guiding the design cannot be given,especially in terms of force mode and seismic performance.This paper takes the shear wall with horizontal ring connection as the research object,uses numerical simulation as the main method to compare the experimental results of other scholars.On the basis of determining the accuracy of the numerical model,study the influence of different design variables such as shear span ratio,buckle size,axial compression ratio,wall thickness on the mechanical properties of the connection area of in-line shear walls and I-shaped shear walls,and use it as the theoretical basis for optimized structure.This article mainly completed the following work:(1)Research of numerical research methods and numerical model verificationThe paper analysed the use scope of various finite element analysis software at present,according to the characteristics of the problem analyzed in this article,the paper selected the ABAQUS software for finite element modeling and numerical analysis.According to the experimental research results,the geometric model,material constitutive relationship,boundary conditions and loading system of the finite element model are determined,which are consistent with the experimental conditions,and established the finite element model of In-line and I-shaped shear walls with horizontal ring connection.Comparing the two finite element models with the test results under the same conditions,by comparing the bearing capacity performance and concrete failure form,it can be determined that the numerical model has high accuracy and can be used for further performance research.(2)Research on the influence of the horizontal ring connection on the mechanical properties of the in-line shear wallIn order to explore the influence of different design factors on the mechanical properties of shear walls with horizontal ring connection,finite element models of the in-line shear wall with different shear span ratio,fastening size,axial compression ratio,and wall thickness were established.A consistent loading method was tested and a numerical simulation study was carried out.Comparing the results of the obtained concrete failure cloud map and steel bar strain cloud map,analyzing the force form of shear wall,the paper analysed the mechanical properties of the connection area and overall seismic performance of the In-line shear wall,and summarized the law of change;at the same time,it has been observed that the performance of the connection area is better without obvious damage,which can be used as a theoretical basis to guide actual design.(3)Research on the influence of the horizontal ring connection on the mechanical properties of the I-shaped shear wallEstablished I-shaped shear wall models with different shear span ratios,fastening sizes,axial compression ratios,and wall thicknesses for numerical simulation research.The paper analysed the mechanical properties of the connection area and overall seismic performance of the I-shaped shear wall,and summarized the law of change;the connection area also has better performance,which can be used to guide actual engineering and design work.
