Study On The Planning Strategy Of Shengde Hot Spring Tourist Resort In Jil In City

Under the new normal background of the rapid economic and s ocial development and transformation and upgrading,the country attaches great importance to the development of tourism industry.The development pattern of tourism industry has also undergone profound changes with the transformation of tourism consumption market trend.As a kind of leisure and fashion tourism with the theme of health preservation,hot spring tourism conforms to the development background of the transformation and adjustment of tourism industry and the market orientation of tourism products.It has great development potential and is one of the hot areas of the tourism investment at present and in the future.The topic of this dissertation comes from the planning and design project of Shengde Hot Spring Tourist Resort in Jilin City.The author undertakes the main design and research work in the whole process.Through the understanding and design of the project,the author deeply feels that the development of hot spring tourism industry and the planning and construction of hot spring tourist re sort in northern China are still in the initial stage,and the construction path and practice operation are lack of scientific and systematic professional planning guidance.This dissertation attempts to explore this field.This research first briefly describes the theoretical research and practical situation of hot spring resources development and utilization and Tourism Resort at home and abroad,interprets the current innovation mode of construction and development of tourist resort and the basic guiding theory of tourist resort planning,summarizes the development and utilization mode of hot spring resources at home and abroad,and finally summarizes the theoretical basis and application method of innovative development mode in the construction practice from the successful cases at home and abroad.Based on the above,taking the project planning of Shengde Hot Spring Resort in Jilin City as an example,this dissertation analyzes the existing problems and the causes,and puts forward the detailed planning and design strategies of hot spring tourist resort from the overall development strategic positioning,to the spatial layout implementation of the complete industrial chain system,and then to the construction of ecological natural environment landscape and characteristic cultural features.It plays a positive and far-reaching role in exploring the construction and development mode and planning and design strategy of hot spring tourist resort under the new situation and new normal economic background,and also provides new ideas and methods for the planning and construction of the same type of hot spring tourist resort,which has strong practical reference significance.
