At present,Air conditioners achieve rapid cooling and heating effect through large air volume and high flow rate.People often stay in this environment,will get the well-known "air conditioning diseases".Some users buy some related accessories developed by other manufacturers to get a more comfortable living environment,which bring about dripping,condensation and other related problems.In order to solve such problems,this paper takes it an important research topic to examine the air supply duct system,which will realize ultra-low air supply to meet higher comfort.The related theories of air flow and air duct of air conditioning are summarized.The basic concept,classification,segmentation,parameter calculation method of air jet and the criterion number in the research process of air supply outlet jet are introduced.The partition structure of turbulent jet,the hypothesis and calculation formula of jet calculation are also introduced.The air duct structure of indoor air conditioner and numerical calculation model of air duct flow field are analyzed Type,etc.The influencing factors of air duct design are analyzed,and the optimization measures of air duct system are put forward.Through the simulation experiment,the influence of straight and helical cross flow wind wheel,air supply distance,air supply angle and guide plate angle on comfort is studied,and relevant conclusions are obtained.By selecting the appropriate test method,the simulation experiments are carried out on the prototypes of different manufacturers,and the simulation data are analyzed to verify the relevant overview scheme.At the same time,the experimental data comparative analysis method is used to verify the effect of rectification.The relevant parameters of the ultra-low air system are determined,and the air supply angle is designed according to the parameters such as the swing angle of the louver,the area of the louver and the distance between the louvers.The parameters of the air outlet angle are designed,and the relevant simulation results are obtained through the simulation experiment,and the in-depth analysis is carried out.The reasonable setting of the air outlet angle parameters is proposed to improve the comfort.Through the simulation experiment and analysis of the results,the most suitable angle of the guide plate and the basic principles to be followed are put forward.At the same time,the width of air outlet and cross flow wind wheel are designed.Through the design,the performance of ultra-low supply air duct system is achieved,and the comfort is improved.
