Research On Shijiazhuang Education Facilities Planning

With the comprehensive transformation of China’s economic and social development mode,high-quality development and high-quality life have become the goal of development in the new era.Education facilities is an important part of urban public service facilities,implementation,the landing of the space layout of the rationality of primary and secondary schools and study,this not only contributes to the realization of fairness and equality of education facilities,also promote the harmonious development of socialism.In this paper,on the basis of combing education facilities research situation at home and abroad,in Shijiazhuang city elementary and middle schools,for example,by means of GIS spatial analysis,and combined with the version of the implementation of special education facilities,implementation and policy guarantee mechanism and so on three aspects about the present situation of Shijiazhuang urban areas in elementary education facilities configuration analyzes and explores the nature of existence reason.In the development of the spatial layout strategy of educational facilities,attention should be paid to fairness and balance,and overall planning should be carried out.The walking distance should be taken as the measurement standard,and the 10-minute living circle should be configured with primary school,and the 15-minute living circle with middle school,so as to fully cover urban living areas.The spatial model of GIS is used to fully study the layout of educational facilities.According to the current situation of land use in different urban areas,the school layout adjustment mode of new and old urban areas is established.The layout of educational facilities in Shijiazhuang is adjusted and optimized by means of planning measures such as reservation,new construction,reconstruction,expansion and relocation.In terms of implementation,emphasis should be laid on planning coordination,overall control and flexible planning,and cross-departmental collaboration.The supervision and inspection mechanism should be established,the long-term feedback interaction mechanism should be formed,the integrity and effectiveness of the planning scheme should be always maintained,the ultimate blueprint should be combined with the process control to gradually realize the ultimate goal of balanced development of educational facilities.
