With the development of science and technology,high-rise structure appears more and more frequently in people’s vision,and gradually becomes a very important structure form,involving various industries such as electric power,broadcasting,communication and so on.Due to the high height,small cross section,large length and small stiffness of high-rise structure,wind load has the greatest influence on high-rise structure.In recent years,the development of tall structures towards higher,lighter and softer leads to less and less stiffness and damping,which further strengthens the sensitivity to wind load.Therefore,it is very important to study the wind-induced vibration of tall structures.In this paper,the wind effect of circular high-rise structure is studied,and the method of opening holes on the windward and leeward sides of the structure is put forward.The control effect of active suction and blowing on wind-induced vibration response of circular high-rise structure is studied through wind tunnel test.In this paper,the rigid static model and aeroelastic model are designed to study the wind-induced vibration response and flow control of circular tall structures.First six component balance of static rigidity model used for load test,the measurement of wind load on the structure of the whole,by changing the position of the active gas absorption,traffic,etc.,the change of the structure of the surface wind load condition to determine the active suction blowing on its control effect,the results show that for circular tower structure,regardless of the windward and leeward side,The control effect of active blowing is greater than that of active inhaling,and the control effect of transverse wind pulsation is better than that of downwind.With the increase of blowing flow,the active blowing control effect gradually increases,and then tends to be stable.Compared with the uncontrolled blowing condition,the root mean square of lift coefficient can be reduced by more than 70% at most under the active blowing condition on the windward side.Then the pneumatic elastic model for vibration test,using acceleration sensor measuring the displacement of the structure vibration response to produce active gas absorption in different positions,the structural vibration response under traffic control effect,under the condition of active suction blowing control,the displacement response of structure is decreased obviously,with the increase of gas flow,the control effect is also increasing.Finally,using PIV technology,two cross sections and a vertical section are respectively taken to analyze and compare the time-average flow diagram,time-average turbulent kinetic energy diagram and instantaneous vorticity diagram,so as to study the characteristics of the flow field around the circular towering structure under the control of active suction and blowing.
