| Under the background of consumption upgrading and e-commerce impact,the real commercial space has gradually changed from the traditional "product consumption" department store to the urban life center under the concept of "time consumption".In the commercial complex with multiple demands and functions,the combination of huge volume,experience function and the physical consumption of hours of shopping all strengthen the importance of reasonable planning and design of public rest space.However,the lack of planning and design of public rest space in most commercial complexes at the initial stage leads to unreasonable location,lack of quality and other problems,which is not only contrary to the demand for rest behavior,but also not conducive to the construction of space environment atmosphere,so it is urgent and necessary to optimize.Based on the reflection of its current situation,based on the background of the times and the objective needs of space optimization,this paper takes the public rest space of non compulsory consumption,which is uniformly planned and operated by the mall managers,as the research object,to explore the optimization strategy of the public rest space of commercial complex in line with the modern experiential business model.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose,research methods and research framework.The second part is the basic analysis of space.Combined with field investigation,case analysis and theoretical analysis,the types of public rest space in commercial complex are divided and the space elements are defined;At the same time,based on the analysis of space needs and characteristics,the paper puts forward the principles of space design.The third part is the research and experimental analysis from the perspective of satisfaction evaluation.Based on literature induction and on-site interviews,the satisfaction importance questionnaire survey was carried out,and from the comparison of user expectations and actual perception performance,IPA analysis matrix was used to screen out the space evaluation indexes that need to be optimized in various types of public rest space;Based on the field survey of typical sample space and satisfaction evaluation of 3D virtual scene,the relationship between satisfaction of different types of public rest space and space elements in commercial complex is established.By using the method of data quantitative analysis,the relationship between the quantifiable elements of numerical space and the non quantifiable elements of classification and the score of satisfaction evaluation is obtained.The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy,which complements the analysis results of satisfaction evaluation of typical sample space and three-dimensional virtual scene,puts forward three types of public rest space optimization strategy,and expounds the specific optimization design method combined with relevant cases at home and abroad.From the perspective of satisfaction evaluation,this study carried out interdisciplinary research and Experimental Research on the public rest space of commercial complex,and put forward the optimization strategy to adapt to the development of the times,meet the needs of users and give play to the multiple value of public space,so as to further promote the economic value and environmental quality of public rest space in commercial complex,It provides a useful reference for the related research in this field. |
