With the rapid development of power system in China,the current distribution partition method based on the experience of operations or the administrative areas might be unreasonable.It can cause the load imbalance between each partition,resulting in the waste of resources.So the traditional distribution network partition method has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the power system.Reasonable distribution network partition can cut off the connection between the partition when the fault occurs and prevent the chain fault to avoid greater loss.In this regard,this paper proposes a community detection algorithm based on the local modularity and different hash,which combines the network structure and the data characteristics of the node to obtain reasonable partition results.Based on the result of community detection,the specific nodes of the distribution network are connected to the energy storage device and the network structure is modified to realize the active planning of the distribution network.The research content of this paper can be summarized as the following aspects:(1)Random forest is used to predict the missing data.And the effect of random forest to fill the missing data is compared with that of the mean value,median value and mode.(2)The complete active load and reactive load data can be converted into the RGB threechannel information.So that the data of the node in a period can be converted in to a color image.Data sets are made by distributed the data of the nodes to IEEE33 nodes distribution network.The community detection algorithm is used to partition the distribution network.And the rationality of the algorithm is verified by modularity.The results show that the community detection algorithm proposed in this paper has a good effect on distribution network partition.(3)According to the partition results,the key nodes in each community are extracted.And the distribution network is actively planned by configuring the energy storage system and reconstructing distribution the network.At last,the power flow calculation and community detection are carried out again for the new distribution network.It is found that the daily voltage fluctuation is smaller and the number of communities is significantly reduced,which proves that the effect of the community detection is good.
