Aircraft icing is a serious threat to aircraft flight safety,which is universally acknowledged as one of the six major factors affecting aircraft flight safety.Among them,wing icing will increase aircraft resistance,reduce lift and aircraft maneuverability,which is especially serious to aircraft flight safety.In order to realize the three-dimensional imaging detection of the icing situation in the icing prone area on the wing surface,a piezoelectric array based icing detection method is proposed.Firstly,the principle of ice detection based on piezoelectric array resonance spectrum is analyzed.The ice location ability of the algorithm is verified by simulation test.The function expression of resonance frequency of aluminum plate ice layer is solved by Rayleigh Ritz method.The relationship between resonance frequency and aluminum plate and ice layer is found.The relationship between resonance frequency and ice thickness is obtained by simulation calculation,and the three-dimensional imaging theory of ice formation is constructed.Then a piezoelectric array ice detection system is built to verify the effectiveness of the ice location method.In this system,the piezoelectric array is arranged in parallel lines,and the icing information between each pair of sensors is obtained by using the mode of one transmitter and multiple receivers,and the icing information is converted into the resonance spectrum of aluminum plate ice layer.Then,by extracting the characteristics of the resonance spectrum,the calculation method of the signal difference coefficient and the value of the scaling factor in the icing probability reconstruction algorithm are determined,and the icing probability reconstruction algorithm is used to locate the icing area.Finally,the ice three-dimensional imaging detection method is verified by calibration and test.This thesis introduces and determines the icing probability threshold of the detection system by using the calibration test,and calibrates the relationship between the ice thickness and the resonant frequency of the aluminum plate ice layer,and carries out several groups of test tests.The results show that in the case of single point icing,the deviation between the identified icing area center and the actual is only 4.5mm,and the deviation between the ice thickness and the actual is only 13.0%.In the case of multi-point icing,the deviation between the identified icing area center and the actual is 20.0mm.The results show the potential of the system in ice three-dimensional imaging detection,and provide a new scheme for the realization of ice three-dimensional imaging detection of aircraft wings.
