| The hemispherical resonant gyroscope is a gyroscope with inertial inertial performance,which has the advantages of high precision,long life and low noise,and has mature applications in many fields such as aviation and aerospace.The hemispherical resonant gyroscope is the sensitive element of the hemispherical resonant gyroscope,and its performance directly determines the quality of the gyroscope.In the process of evaluating the performance of the harmonic oscillator,it is necessary to measure the resonant frequency,cracking frequency,quality factor and other key parameters.By accurately measuring the vibration of the harmonic oscillator,the high precision parametric measurement of the harmonic oscillator can be realized.This project in view of the existing in the non-contact measurement,measurement signal real-time decoding,such problems as the key parameters are calculated,based on the principle of doppler vibration design with a laser doppler vibration system,and completed the selection of the devices and the construction of the experimental system.Based on the resonance frequency,cracking frequency measurement accuracy requirements,determine the high sampling rate,long time of vibration measurement system.For experiment system in the multipath interference is introduced into the error of the error source analysis and principle analysis,and through the simulation to simulate the multipath interference is introduced into the influence of the error of the measuring signal,according to the error of the experimental light path is optimized,and the modified experimental light path are analyzed in error correction,the residual error using multipath interference is introduced into the circle fitting algorithm for the compensation.Through the investigation,the specific algorithm of vibration signal is determined,and the software is used to realize the function of real-time acquisition and real-time solution,which improves the calculation efficiency.By analyzing the mathematical relationship between cracking frequency and quality factor and vibration signal,the algorithm of cracking frequency and quality factor is determined.The algorithm is realized by software,and the real-time acquisition and operation of large data volume are realized.The key parameter measurement system of the harmonic oscillator in this paper uses LabVIEW software to write the measurement software,which realizes the real-time acquisition of vibration signal and real-time solution of phase information of the harmonic oscillator.The resonant frequency,cracking frequency and quality factor are calculated.The experimental verification shows that the system can measure the resonant frequency and cracking frequency with a precision of 10-5Hz.The difference between the measurement results of the quality factor and those of the high-precision vibration measuring instrument is about 2%,which is equivalent to the measurement results.Compared with Doppler vibrometer,the system realizes the automation of gyro parameter detection,and the measurement method is reliable and flexible. |
