Energy security,environmental issues and economic issues are the driving factors to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.Energy consumption estimation and monitoring is an important way to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction targets.China’s building energy consumption accounts for 30% of social energy consumption,of which building heating energy consumption accounts for about 60% of building energy consumption.There are some problems in urban central heating system,such as extensive heating,lack of control,serious heat waste in heating process and uneven heat and cold.With the development of Internet of Things,embedded technology,cloud computing and machine learning technology,the transformation and upgrading of urban district heating system has ushered in a new opportunity.In order to solve the problems existing in the urban district heating system,this paper designs and implements an intelligent monitoring system based on the current mainstream Internet of Things communication technology NB-Io T.The hardware equipment in the heating system is connected to the cloud platform of the Internet of Things.The monitoring system can maintain the device information in the cloud platform and monitor the energy consumption in real time.The management personnel can issue the equipment control instruction through the monitoring system and realize the remote control.In view of the project background,this paper first analyzes the research status at home and abroad,puts forward the heating system transformation plan,according to the transformation plan of the system software and hardware requirements are demonstrated.The original heat load data and meteorological data of the heating system are collected,the data are cleaned and the features are extracted,the nonlinear and time delay characteristics of the heating system are analyzed,and the neural network and SVR are determined to predict the heat load.Then,the hardware and software design and implementation of the user-side valve controller of the secondary network are discussed.The MCU selection and peripheral circuit design are carried out,and the corresponding driver program is designed according to the hardware circuit.The docking protocol and docking method between NB devices and cloud platform of telecom Internet of Things are discussed,and the network access of NB devices is tested and verified.Finally,JavaEE technology is used to design and realize the operation monitoring software of heating system,which realizes the functions of system user management,authority control,equipment management,alarm notification,etc.According to the system requirements,test cases are designed,and function tests and pressure tests are carried out on the system to verify that the system meets the requirements.
