With the approaching of the design service life of a large number of buildings,our country has entered the phase of construction and reinforcement,and the reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings have gradually entered the agenda,And because of the constant revision of the code,becoming the current trend.This paper mainly studies the reinforcement and reconstruction of a super-high and super-limited Masonry structure in the last century.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the research background and significance of masonry structure reinforcement are expounded,the advantages and disadvantages of masonry structure are discussed,and the reinforcement methods of ultra-high and ultra-limited masonry structure are defined.The seismic damage of masonry structure is investigated,the design ideas and standards of masonry structure in different periods in China are compared,and the research results of masonry structure reinforcement at home and abroad are described.(2)a masonry structure built in the last century is tested and appraised,and the strength of the material is measured on the spot,and the two-level seismic evaluation is made on the basis of the construction data at that time and the detection conclusion on the spot.Find out the main defects of the structure.The first-order seismic appraisal results are obtained by comparing the building information with the code requirements.The internal force calculation and seismic check calculation of multi-story masonry structure are completed by PKPM software,and the second-order seismic appraisal results are obtained,the reinforcement design,the structural analysis and the foundation calculation are also checked to prepare for the structural reinforcement.(3)based on the results of health appraisal analysis,the strengthening design of the component which does not meet the requirements is carried out.This paper introduces the strengthening methods of Beam,column and wall,compares the amount of materials used in various strengthening methods by concrete calculation,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various strengthening methods according to the construction requirements and applicable conditions of various strengthening methods,determine the final reinforcement method.(4)the general discussion building reinforcement situation,explains in detail the construction request of structure setting reinforcement,the main structure material choice result,the new old component connection structure and the construction request.PKPM software is used to check the ASEISMIC calculation and the second-order ASEISMIC appraisal of the strengthened structure.
