| Ejector is an important energy saving and emission reduction equipment in industry.Its internal flow condition is complex and its economic benefit is good.At present,the research of annular ejector is not deep enough,and there is no mature design theory.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the annular gas injector.In this paper,through the optimization of the structural parameters,different working conditions and the performance and flow law in engineering application of the annular gas injector,it can provide the basis for guiding the design optimization of the annular gas injector.The main work of this paper is as follows:According to the relevant model,an annular gas injector was designed.After completing the geometric model,dividing the grid and verifying the independence of the number of grids,the annular gas injector was numerically simulated.The annular gap,axial length of mixing tube,outlet diameter and length of diffusion tube were studied.The effects of different structural parameters on the performance and internal flow of the ejector were analyzed.The device performance and flow field characteristics of the optimized model were summarized and compared.The optimal annular clearance,axial length of mixing tube,outlet diameter and length of diffusion tube were determined.The optimized annular gas ejector model was numerically simulated under different working conditions to study the effects of different working gas pressure,different ejector gas pressure and different outlet pressure on the formation of low pressure zone in the ejector and the expansion wave formed by working gas on the ejector performance and flow field.Through the analysis of Mach number and pressure nephogram,the distribution of low pressure region and the trend of flow field deterioration under different working conditions are obtained,which provides some reference for engineering application.The mixture model is used to analyze the influence of high pressure working gas on liquid suction and transportation under different pipeline conditions,and the influence law of pipeline conditions on liquid transportation performance and flow field is obtained.Different working gas pressure,different outlet pipe length and different installation height are analyzed.The results show that the pipeline system has a great influence on the liquid suction performance of the annular ejector.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of annular gas ejector. |
