| It is very important to predict and optimize the performance in the research of waterjet pump.The traditional design method of waterjet pump is complicated and have a long design cycle.In order to improve the design efficiency and shorten the design cycle of the waterjet pump,this thesis constructed a database for parameter optimization design of waterjet pump.Firstly,this thesis briefly introduces the source and background of the subject,and expounds the development and application of waterjet propulsion technology and database technology on ships,as well as the development of the optimal design of waterjet propulsion.Secondly,after analyzing the requirements of the software system,this thesis proposed the general design scheme and made the module design.According to the parameter requirement of the software,the structure of the database is designed.The relational database software My SQL was used to store the model and experimental data of the waterjet pump.Qt was selected to design the software interface which divided into database,sampling,prediction and optimization modules.The software used standard SQL language to add,delete,modify and query data.Used typical experimental design method combined with CFD method to generate sample point database.Used Kriging proxy model fitting discrete sample points and generating response surface model to conduct performance prediction.And the generated response surface model combined with appropriate optimization method was used in the multi-objective optimization.After that,some key technologies of the system were introduced in detail.Finally,each function of the software is tested,and the conclusion is drawn that the software basically meets the design requirements,and can effectively help users to forecast and optimize the performance of the waterjet pump. |
