| With the increase of various types of super-large and super-high projects,the construction site of deep foundation pits has become increasingly complex.At the same time,crawler cranes are widely used in the construction of deep foundation pits,and their working environment has become more complicated.In recent years,there have been frequent safety accidents in the construction of deep foundation pits.Among them,crawler crane accidents are very harmful and have a bad impact.At present,analyzing the construction environment of crawler crane accidents and providing guidance programs for the safety of crawler cranes is the focus of the safety management of crawler cranes.The research on safety management of crawler cranes often starts from the complete machine,ignoring the consideration of its complex working environment.Therefore,how to grasp the environmental characteristics of the complex deep foundation pit construction site,accurately construct the crawler crane construction map,and provide guidance for the safe work of hoisting,has important practical engineering significance.This thesis takes the construction of deep foundation pits as the background and builds a construction map that can accurately reflect the working scene of crawler cranes based on the environment of the deep foundation pit construction site.First of all,this article analyzes the safety management of crawler cranes at the existing deep foundation pit construction site and the complex driving environment information on the construction site.Then,based on the environmental characteristics of the deep foundation pit construction site,three types of generalized occupancy information are proposed,and a generalized occupancy information recognition model based on the site environment map is constructed.In a complex construction environment,high-risk pit occupancy information inspection,the out rate reached 86%,of which the recognition accuracy rate reached 60%.Furthermore,based on the generalized occupancy information extracted by recognition,0-1 mapping and proportional mapping methods are respectively adopted for the three types of occupancy information,of which the mapping effect are excellent,and a crawler crane construction map is quickly generated based on the mapping information.Finally,this thesis takes a deep foundation pit site of a subway station project as an example,and builds a crawler crane construction map based on the deep foundation pit site environment information.Based on the construction map of the crawler crane,it can effectively reflect the driving risk environment information in the working environment of the crawler crane,accurately warn the driving risk of the crawler crane,and provide guarantee for the safe work of the crawler crane.This thesis enriches the research on the safety management of crawler cranes,promotes the application of complex environment maps in the construction of deep foundation pits,and provides scientific basis and guidance for the safety management of crawler cranes. |
