| With the “One Belt,One Road” international cooperation initiative proposed,railways,as the main carrier for the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt on the land,have brought great benefits to neighboring countries.Similarly,with the introduction of the concept of green travel,public transportation has become the main choice for public travel.Railway transportation has become the first choice for common transportation because of its characteristics of high-speed and long-distance transportation.However,there are many problems that cannot be ignored in the railway environment.For example,the defect and deformation of the railway track lead to changes in the distance between working faces,which will pose a large degree of safety threats to the safety of railway traffic.However,the existing gauge detection method may cause secondary damage to the surface of the rail during the detection process,and there is a problem that the life safety of the inspector cannot be guaranteed.In order to solve the problem of secondary damage to the rail surface caused by existing gauge detection tools,drones are used to fly over the orbit to achieve a non-contact data source acquisition method,which reduces the need for inspectors to measure the distance on the orbit and reduces The coefficient of a safety threat caused by a person’s life.In order to solve the limitation of the existing track working surface distance calculation method,a new idea of gauge calculation is proposed,using the characteristic information of each point of the standard rail template shape point cloud and the existing point cloud registration algorithm,using the standard rail template point cloud orientation Matching the measured rail point cloud,so that the template point cloud has the position characteristics of the measured point cloud,so as to extract the corresponding rail working surface,and then realize the rapid measurement of the rail spacing according to the method of calculating the distance between parallel planes.In order to solve the unsatisfactory phenomenon of the existing segmentation algorithm in extracting rails,an improved rail extraction algorithm is proposed.Based on the alpha-shapes edge extraction algorithm,the rails are further segmented by using the curvature difference of the point cloud.In order to verify the feasibility of the above two algorithms,four groups of data sources are used for grouping comparison experiments.The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this study can realize the non-contact,fast and accurate measurement of rail gauge in railway scenes. |
