As a very important part of the distribution side,the distribution station directly affects the stability of the entire distribution system.With the construction of the "smart grid" and the development of the Internet of Things technology,the primary and secondary equipment in the power distribution station have achieved a high level of automation and intelligence in terms of electrical dispatching.However,most of the existing monitoring programs for the environment,fire protection and equipment status of distribution stations only collect data from the monitored objects,without considering the accuracy of the data,and lack of data analysis links.When there are abnormal conditions such as excessive temperature and humidity,fire,and excessively high switch cabinet temperature in the distribution station,corresponding control strategies are also needed to adjust.In view of this,this article combines the characteristics of the internal environment of the distribution station to study data fusion methods,data prediction schemes,fire monitoring schemes and auxiliary equipment control strategies.The specific research contents are as follows:1.First,the background of the subject is explained,and then the monitoring content and control objects are required to be analyzed for the equipment in the distribution station and its environment,and the overall architecture and overall scheme of the terminal are analyzed.Finally,the related technologies in the subject are described.2.Combining the characteristics of the distribution station environment,an improved data fusion method based on closeness is proposed,and an exponential smoothing prediction model is used to predict the data.Aiming at the fire monitoring in the distribution station,this research uses the GA-BP neural network intelligent algorithm to identify the fire state in order to improve the accuracy of fire monitoring.3.For auxiliary equipment such as fans,water pumps,dehumidifiers,gas fire extinguishing devices,and switch cabinet cooling fans in power distribution stations,a control strategy based on switching value and a single neuron PID intelligent control strategy are designed to deal with abnormal conditions such as excessive temperature and humidity and fire in the distribution station.4.In combination with the monitoring and control requirements of the distribution station,the software and hardware design of the monitoring terminal is carried out.First of all,the hardware design of power supply,main control,wireless communication,control circuit and other modules is carried out.Then the software design of the bottom driver,communication program,data fusion and analysis,auxiliary equipment control and terminal main program are carried out.By building a test platform,the 4G/ZigBee communication,data processing and auxiliary equipment control functions were tested.The test results indicates that the monitoring terminal can complete the functions of communication,data fusion,and data prediction,and the purpose of using GA-BP neural network fire monitoring and single neuron PID control is realized,which improves the intelligent level of substation monitoring to a certain extent.The data fusion and fire monitoring errors are both lower than 5% of the national standard requirements,which meets the application requirements.
