Research On Detection And Location Of Gas Pipeline Leakage

In recent years,combustible gas has been widely used in urban life and product production due to its unique energy advantages and convenient transportation advantages.Pipeline transportation is the most important method of natural gas transportation.However,due to physical and chemical reasons,leakage will inevitably occur during the operation and production process.In severe cases,it will threaten people’s lives and property safety.In order to create a safe,stable and intelligent natural gas operating environment,it is urgent to develop a natural gas pipeline leak detection system.The main research purpose of this subject is to realize the detection of the operating environment of natural gas pipelines.Through the system,the operating status of the gas pipelines can be grasped at all times,and dangers can be discovered and dealt with in time.Firstly,the method of the domestic and international gas pipeline leak detection is described.Secondly,the current situation of the development of national science and technology and social needs,designed the overall framework of the detection system,and describes the functional requirements and system architecture of the system.Thirdly,by analyzing and comparing different wireless positioning algorithms,the characteristics and advantages of various positioning algorithms are obtained,and on this basis,a CHAN positioning algorithm based on RSSI is proposed.Then,according to the environment of the gas pipeline,IAR programming software is used to write different function codes for different types of equipment,so as to realize the automatic detection and positioning of terminal nodes,routing nodes,and coordinator nodes.Finally,LABVIEW write PC programs,and combined with actual monitoring system,the completion of the communication between the PC and hardware devices.The experimental results show that the system is effective in gas pipeline leakage detection.
