| The new epoxy resin concrete not only has high strength,good toughness,fast forming speed,but also has strong corrosion resistance,impermeability and other properties.It is currently widely used in engineering structure reinforcement and other related fields.It is less likely to be used as the major structural materials of engineering structure.Based on the above-mentioned current situation,the project team carried out related research on the new epoxy resin concrete mix ratio and material properties in the early stage,and verified the advantages of this material as the main structural material.Based on this research,this paper made truss nodes with new epoxy resin concrete as the structural material,and conducted experimental research on two types of new epoxy concrete truss nodes(assembled and integral).To this end,a steel structure fabricated multifunctional truss node test device was invented to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of the truss node test.At the same time,the advanced VIC-3D system was used during the test to accurately collect the test data and images of the complex node area.A comparative analysis of the failure state and ultimate bearing capacity of two types of new epoxy concrete truss nodes shows that the new epoxy concrete monolithic truss node is better than the fabricated truss node.Use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the new epoxy concrete bent column,and study the effect of different slenderness ratio,different column height ratio,different concrete protective layer thickness and different eccentricity on the failure state and ultimate bearing capacity of bent column,through the analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity and load-displacement curve of the bent column in the above situation,the advantages of the new epoxy concrete bent column and the optimal design plan are clarified.Finally,two types(assembled and integral)of new epoxy concrete truss-column joint finite element models were established,and the mechanical performance of the two under the same load was compared and analyzed.The research conclusion suggested that the new epoxy concrete monolithic truss should be adopted.-Follow-up research on column nodes.This article provides theoretical support for follow-up research;expands the application space of the material;at the same time,it also provides a reference for the application of the material in the field of engineering. |
