With the continuous development of the Internet of Things industry and the constant updating of technology,it has become a reality to apply remote maintenance technology in various industries.The traditional sewage plant is located in the suburb,with low supervision means.Once the equipment fails,engineers cannot find and maintain it in time.In order to solve the problem of long time and high cost in maintenance of faulty equipment in municipal sewage treatment process,it is imperative to design a set of remote maintenance system of municipal sewage treatment based on Internet of things.Firstly,based on the background of municipal wastewater treatment process,the system is designed.By studying the technological process of sewage treatment and the overall design framework of the remote maintenance system,the hardware design of the remote maintenance system is described.PLC is the core controller,and other PLC modules are used as slave stations to design the sewage treatment control system.In the aspect of data acquisition,the system data acquisition is realized by the corresponding sensor.In terms of data transmission of remote maintenance system,PLC controller and MQTT intelligent gateway are configured,and remote data transmission is realized by using 4G network.Secondly,taking the fault diagnosis of hydraulic equipment in municipal sewage treatment as an example,a dynamic GRNN model fault observer is constructed.The sensor is used to collect data during the operation of hydraulic equipment,and the collected sample data is analyzed and processed to obtain the corresponding.The fault diagnosis result is fed back to the remote maintenance system to realize the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic equipment of the remote maintenance system.Finally,the design and construction process of the function interface of the remote maintenance system is introduced in detail to realize the function development of remote data monitoring,real-time data curve,equipment remote fault diagnosis and remote control for municipal sewage treatment.The system test shows that the establishment of the municipal sewage treatment remote maintenance system not only greatly improves the work efficiency of maintenance engineers,but also reduces the treatment time of faults and greatly guarantees the production efficiency of sewage treatment.Figure 33;Table 6;Reference 51...
