Research On Distribution Grid Power Supply Equality Benchmarking System Evaluation And Strategy Of H Power Supply Company

The power distribution network is the last mile for the power supply company to transmit electric energy to users,and the quality of its power supply directly affects the customer’s power experience.The traditional distribution network has problems with weak active operation and maintenance capabilities and many post-remedial treatments.This thesis focuses on the research on the power supply quality of the distribution network,using data analysis to explore the potential weaknesses of the distribution network and to promote the improvement of the distribution network governance level,which is helpful to promote the investment accurately and operation and maintenance of the distribution network precisely.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the research status of benchmarking management and distribution network reliability management in China and abroad.Combined with the "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Urban Distribution Network Operation Level and Power Supply Capability",the comprehensive evaluation model of the distribution network with15 indicators has been constructed from four aspects: equipment level,operation level,power supply capacity,and grid structure.Secondly,taking H Power Supply Company as an example,the comprehensive operation and governance level of its overall distribution network,urban distribution network and rural distribution network were evaluated respectively.In view of the evaluation results,horizontally,the frequency distribution statistical method is used to compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the same level of distribution network;vertically,the differentiated evaluation method based on standard deviation is used to compare and analyze the rural distribution network.Finally,based on the results of the comparative analysis,sorting out the weak links of the distribution network of each district and county,and putting forward the differentiated governance strategies and management suggestions for the upstream,middle and downstream of H power supply company.
