| Aluminum alloy materials have advantages of light weight,excellent corrosion resistance and easy to recycle;Concrete material has the characteristics of good durability and mold ability and high compressive strength.Therefore,the composite structure formed by aluminum alloy pipe filled concrete can have excellent performance,good corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance,and it is a kind of environmentally friendly structure with excellent performance and good promotion prospect.Compared with other research results,the results of the current research on the structure of aluminum alloy tube concrete are not very rich.Therefore,it is of deep significance to study the related properties of the aluminum alloy tube concrete structure.This paper mainly studies the performance of the short column members with rectangular section aluminum alloy tube under axial pressure.The effect of the stress,restraint conditions,combination effect,related stability and the effect of filling ordinary concrete and light concrete on the short column performance of alloy tube concrete is considered.At the same time,the finite element software simulation,the whole process analysis and the bearing performance calculation are carried out to obtain the corresponding conclusions,which provides reference for engineering application.The specific work contents are as follows:(1)The axial pressure test of the short column of rectangular aluminum alloy tube concrete is carried out.The mechanical properties,failure form,load displacement relationship and load strain relationship of the short column under the axial pressure are studied.(2)The calculation results are compared with the axial pressure test results,and the correctness and feasibility of the calculation are verified.(3)The whole process of short column is analyzed by sorting out the relevant data,and the failure process and the mechanism of the axial compression specimen and the corresponding finite element model are studied.(4)The formula of short column bearing capacity is calculated,and the formula of axial bearing capacity of rectangular aluminum alloy tube concrete short column is corrected to verify the correctness of the modified formula. |
