| With the development of economic globalization,there are more and more connections between countries.As an important channel of communication between countries,the utilization rate of port transportation machinery is increasing.Gantry crane is one of the important transport machinery in port.The increase of its usage and the mistakes in design and construction have caused port accidents.Therefore,this paper puts forward the on-line monitoring and finite element analysis of the port portal crane,which is of great significance to the safe production of the port,and provides reference for the design of the portal crane in the future.In this paper,the 40t-40 m gantry crane in Qingdao port is taken as the research object to carry out on-line monitoring,and the finite element analysis is carried out based on ABAQUS software,mainly including the following aspects:(2)Through the finite element analysis of six different working conditions of the gantry crane,the maximum stress position of each component of the gantry crane is obtained,and the optimal sensor layout scheme is obtained at its connection with other components.Through the comparative analysis of the finite element results of six different working conditions,it is concluded that the main load affecting the strain of the gantry crane is the dead load of the gantry crane,followed by the lifting load of the gantry crane,and the wind load has little effect on the strain of the gantry crane.(3)The fine finite element model of the vulnerable components of the gantry crane is established,and the stress distribution law of each component of the gantry crane is obtained.The main failure modes of the boom are buckling failure,shear failure at the weld and extrusion failure at the joint with other members;The main failure mode of the tie rod is the extrusion failure at the joint with other members;The main failure modes of A-frame are shear failure at the weld of side plate and extrusion failure at the joint with other members;The failure mode of small tie rod is the same as that of large tie rod;The failure modes of the elephant nose are shear failure and buckling failure at the weld.(4)Through the understanding of the general situation of the portal crane project,the performance of the sensor is tested,and according to the optimal sensor layout scheme,a set of sensor layout scheme suitable for on-line monitoring is selected;According to the scheme,the sensors are arranged and installed.Secondly,by analyzing the online monitoring data,it is concluded that the gantry crane is in safe service state,and the temperature is the main factor affecting the component strain. |
