With the continuous development of radio and aviation technology, the research on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV)networking has become a hot spot.Flying Ad-hoc Network(FANET)is a dis distributed network composed of multiple UAVs in a self-organizing form.Because of its superiority,FANET has huge application potential in military and civilian fields.Various application scenarios have different requirements for the allocation of FANET channel resources. The Media Access Control(MAC)protocol determines the way a node obtains channel resources.Based on the Time Division Multiple Access(TDMA)system, this paper studies the FANET MAC protocol for two different application scenarios of FANET,which are "high priority node priority access " and "channel resource balanced allocation".The main research contents are as follows;1.Concerning the first application scenario,a dynamic TDMA protocol based on node priority(NP-TDMA)is proposed.NP-TDMA provide differentiated services by assigning time slot resources to high-priority nodes.UAVs avoid application conflicts to the greatest extent by listening to the time slot applications of neighboring nodes. The time slot conflict sensing mech anism is used to quickly eliminate application and occupation conflicts. The simulation res ults indicate that the NP-TDMA protocol can realize the dynamic acquisition and multiplexing of service time slots according to the priority and service requirements of the nodes. The high priority nodes have faster access speed and stronger channel resources acquisition ability.2.Concerning the second application scenario,a dynamic TDMA protocol based on fair access(FA-TDMA)is proposed. In this protocol, nodes initiate applications for idle time slots with a certain probability, and the time slot selection when a node initiates an application has nothing to do with the node number and the time slot application status of its neighbor nodes. The parameters affecting the probability of application conflicts are analyze d.Meanwhile, the optimal application probability value is given. The simulation results indicate that the FA-TDMA protocol can realize the dynamic acquisition and multiplexing of service time slots.Meanwhile,it has high fairness and ensures network throughput. |
