With the rapid development of information technology,the form of combat by a single soldier confrontation evolved into the system of information systems confrontation,but also the aggregation and release of the overall effectiveness of the equipment systemof-systems.Therefore,the overall construction of the equipment system-of-systems must be a priority development goal.In system-of-systems resistance,the number of targets is increasing and the topology of the system-of-systems is becoming more complex and variable.Unreasonable equipment system-of-systems development program will directly lead to the country missed important opportunities for RMA(Revolution in Military Affairs).Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the reliability of the equipment system of systems to provide an effective theoretical basis for decision makers.Since the equipment system-of-systems under information technology conditions is a complex adaptive system-of-systems,it is open,dynamic,nonlinear,ordered,random,uncertain,hierarchical,and high level.However,the traditional modeling approach is difficult to accurately simulate the behavior of mutual communication,negotiation,cooperation and autonomy among equipment in the equipment system-of-systems.Then it is crucial to propose a modeling approach that is suitable for the equipment system-of-systems and reflects the contingency and emergence of the equipment system-of-systems.First of all,a new equipment reliability assessment algorithm based on Vague and TOPSIS is proposed for the problem of unsoundness of existing equipment reliability assessment algorithms.Since the determination of the equipment reliability index weights is subjective and objective,the combination of information entropy weighting method,Gini coefficient weighting method and hierarchical analysis method is used to obtain reliability index weights;the expert evaluation information is also vague,and the vague set theory can well describe the support,neutral and opposition information.Therefore,the combination of vague set and TOPSIS method is used to calculate the degree of closeness to measure the importance of IES;Based on China’s basic national conditions,as a developing country,the limited defense budget and short development time targets require us to study the reliability of equipment.Through the example analysis,it is proved that the proposed algorithm can evaluate the equipment reliability more accurately.Secondly,the equipment system-of-systems is a complex system,which interacts with the external environment in terms of material,energy and information anytime and anywhere.For the characteristics of the equipment system-of-systems,the equipment is linked with the Agent,and the simulation is carried out in the form of simulation multiagent.Based on the open source JADE platform,programmed in Java language to implement dual simulation clock(the global clock and the health clock).Using GUI technology to realize front-end interactive interface.Collision avoidance and area scanning are implemented in combination with this algorithm.The fault model is introduced and the scanning task is defined to evaluate the mission reliability of equipment or system-of-systems.The final test simulation platform meets the project specifications.
